Here some some random before pictures of the house. the hallway and entry(orange stripe wallpaper), Kitchen(the walls are really bright yellow with black cove base), the bedrooms, and the family room(paneling). I'll have to match these up with some after pictures soon. It's amazing how much better they look.
These next three are of the main bathroom in the house. Teresa took down the wallpaper and now I need to figure out what color I'm going to pain it. I really like the green color of my current bathroom but the green tile and tub in this one doesn't work with the paint.
This second bathroom is a half bath in the family room. It is a really weird placement for a bathroom. Not to mention a weird choice of colors. :) I'm happy to report the red carpet found a new home in the trash bin on Saturday.
The wallpaper has been removed from every wall in the house and most of it has been painted. The living and dining room walls were so thick with glue that we ended up taking them down and putting up new drywall. I decided it would be fun for the kids to get involved so here are a couple pictures of each of them helping. Now I just need to convince The Sweet "A" that the new walls don't need pounded on.

Wow. Isn't amazing that if you want to be bold in a house now you paint with bright colors where in the past it was all about accesories, toilets, tubs,etc. It sounds like you guys have done a lot on the house. I'm excited to see the after pictures. :)
what fun for the kids! how often do you get to take a hammer to a wall?
